You do not need an account to browse public study materials or general tuition information.

When you submit an enquiry via phone, WhatsApp, or our contact form, we collect the contact details provided (such as your name, phone number, and message content) strictly to respond to your request.

2. Student accounts & private portal access

When registering a student account, we collect the student's full name, email address, primary contact number, school name, class level (Class 9 or 10), academic year, and assigned teacher, alongside the parent or guardian's name and optional phone number.

Each registration is reviewed and verified by a teacher before portal access is granted.

Signing in creates an encrypted session cookie on your browser. This cookie is used strictly to authenticate and authorize student access to enrolled academic materials, personalized scorecards, and class recordings. Signing out or clearing browser data removes this cookie.

3. Public disclosures & academic recognition

Our platform maintains a strict distinction between public disclosures and private records:

• Public aggregates: General performance metrics and downloadable resource summaries are shared in an aggregated, anonymized format.
• Academic recognition: As outlined in our Terms of Use, student achievements (such as student name, school name, class, and board examination marks or ranks) may be featured on our website and notice boards to celebrate academic excellence, with consent provided at registration or enrollment.
• Revocable consent: Parents and students have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us, upon which the information will be promptly removed or anonymized.

Confidential personal data—such as phone numbers, email addresses, residential details, and account passwords—is strictly confidential and is never published or disclosed.

4. Data protection & confidentiality

Student and parent information is stored securely and processed exclusively for educational instruction and academic administration.

We do not sell, rent, commercialize, or disclose personal student or parent information to any third parties or advertisers.

5. Aggregate usage & downloads

The portal records aggregate, anonymous counts when study materials are downloaded to monitor site performance and resource utilization. Download counts are not linked to any individual visitor profile.

6. Your rights & inquiries

Parents and students may review, update, or request the deletion of their personal information or request removal from academic achievement displays at any time by reaching out through our contact page.
