2. Student data, privacy & performance recognition

We are committed to respecting student privacy while celebrating genuine academic excellence. Our platform maintains a clear two-tier distinction between public information and private student records:

• Public information & aggregates: General course details, syllabus guides, aggregate site metrics, and public academic performance summaries are shared in an aggregated format to ensure student privacy.
• Private student portals: Detailed student scorecards, internal test evaluations, batch-specific assignments, and recorded revision sessions are accessible only through secure, password-protected accounts intended exclusively for currently enrolled students and their parents.
• Featured recognition & consent: Student achievements (such as student name, school name, class, and board examination marks or ranks) may be featured on our website, social channels, or notice boards to celebrate academic excellence, with consent provided at registration or enrollment.
• Revocable consent: Parents and students have the right to withdraw or modify this consent at any time. If you wish to update, correct, or request the removal of any published achievement or student profile, you may submit a request via our contact page, and the information will be addressed promptly.

Personal contact details (including phone numbers, email addresses, and account passwords) remain strictly confidential and are never published, sold, or shared.

3. Proprietary materials & intellectual property

All educational materials—including handwritten and typed notes, chapter summaries, formula sheets, mock test papers, question banks, assignment solutions, worksheets, and audio/video class recordings created by or for Raju Sir Tuition—are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute and its teachers.

These works are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable intellectual property laws. Access is granted under a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license solely for the individual academic study of the enrolled student. All rights are strictly reserved.

4. Strict prohibition of external sharing & piracy

Study materials and class recordings provided through student accounts are licensed strictly for the individual, internal, and personal academic study of the enrolled student.

Strictly prohibited actions include:

• Screen-recording, downloading, capturing, ripping, or saving restricted video lessons and recordings for unauthorized offline use or distribution.
• Publishing, forwarding, or sharing notes, PDFs, test papers, or recording links on external platforms (such as WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, YouTube, Google Drive, Discord, or social media).
• Reselling, renting, printing for commercial distribution, or sharing restricted materials with non-enrolled students or third parties.

Unauthorized redistribution or piracy of copyrighted material is a punishable violation under Sections 51, 63, and 63A of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any violation will lead to immediate account termination without refund and may attract legal notice for damages.

5. Account credentials & security

Enrolled student accounts are single-user and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing account access, passwords, or session tokens with friends or unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

6. Classroom recordings & student privacy

Class recordings are captured and made available solely to assist enrolled students with academic revision. Recordings may capture discussions, questions, or interactions between teachers and students.

Students and parents are strictly prohibited from editing, remixing, clipping, or publishing any portion of classroom recordings or images of teachers and fellow students online.

7. Third-party content & fair use disclaimer

This website and our study resources may contain educational reference materials, previous years' board question papers, sample papers, or syllabus guidelines sourced from educational boards (such as CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, or State Boards) or public domains.

These materials are provided strictly for educational purposes and personal academic study under fair use principles. Raju Sir Tuition does not claim proprietary ownership of these third-party works. If you are an intellectual property owner and believe your material requires correction, attribution, or removal, please contact us immediately for a prompt and amicable resolution.

8. Limitation of liability & academic disclaimer

The study materials, practice papers, and performance summaries provided on this website are intended as supplementary aids. While we strive for excellence in our coaching, we do not guarantee specific academic results, marks, or ranks. Students should rely on their own dedication, regular practice, and the official CBSE / board curriculum for academic success.

Raju Sir Tuition and its instructors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, temporary service interruptions, or individual student examination results.

9. Termination & code of conduct

Raju Sir Tuition reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the online portal and tuition classes for any student who breaches these terms, engages in unauthorized distribution of materials, or exhibits disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our services or this website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
